Dr. Rinat Yerushalmi is a Medical Oncologist in Davidoff Cancer Center, Beilinson Hospital. She is an attending physician with a main interest in breast cancer patients. Dr. Yerushalmi also co-heads the BRCA Mutation Carrier Patient Clinic.  She graduated with excellency from the Technion Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine, Haifa. After completing medical school, Dr. Yerushalmi served in the IDF Medical Core for 4 years. Since 1998, she has been practicing medical oncology. From 2007 to 2010, Rinat joined the breast cancer group in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada as part of a breast cancer fellowship program.  Dr. Yerushalmi is currently the Director of the Oncology Residency Training Program in Davidoff Cancer Center. Since 2011, she is a Consultant of the Israel Cancer Association and Co-Director of the Association’s Breast Cancer Forum.  Dr. Yerushalmi has published more than 40 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and acts as reviewer in many of them. She also is the principle investigator of many scientific research projects, including clinical trials. Since 2012, she holds the position of senior lecturer in Tel Aviv Medical School. Dr. Yerushalmi has been awarded several national and international awards, including the AACR Scholar-In-Training for The Cure Award funded by Susan G. Komen®. She is the PI of many  research project including clinical trials and basic science research.
